Mike went all out to try and repair a 20 year garage door opener before realizing there was no solution.
I purchased a new opener and am extremely pleased with the product. I was blown away by Mike's expertise, professionalism, and kindness.
I highly recommend this company and am comforted to know if an issue ever arises, they will have my back.
Truly, it was reassuring to know there are still companies that are worthy of their claims; because believe me, I have experienced otherwise.

I have a toddler and a baby. My garage door wouldn’t go up on a Sunday, and both of our cats are in the garage. The “repair” was done, for $2600, and the garage door works well. That said, I paid $2600. I later found out that a new garage door generally costs about what I paid (less), so I feel like I was taken advantage of for being an an obviously concerning situation. The work was fine, the price was not. Be careful with them. I wish I would have waited and called a mom and pop local for a 2nd opinion rather than just saying ok. Alwaysbgwt second opinions before you find out you were screwednover later!

Our garage door broke sometime throughout out the night, trapping my daughter’s car. I called Precision that morning. Pat had our door fixed by 1000 am!! Simply amazing company.
