Scheduled a service appointment only to be told the day of the service that they made a mistake and weren’t coming at all. Meanwhile I could have scheduled with another company with enough notice, but waited to reach out when our window for service was closed. I did not rebook with this company, and went with a different company we have used in the past.

My doors are 3 years old insulated. Problem free until that morning. The large door didn’t want go down. Called precision that morning. Came the next day. Tech texted and called because we were out of town but my in laws were home. He didn’t find anything mechanically wrong but said it could be the large spring just needs to be adjusted cause it’s overtime a new door spring could need it. He told me he’d take care of it. Called let me know it was still under warranty. He’d do service on both doors while he was there and adjust spring. Came home to a perfectly operating door opener. It sounds smooth and quiet like when it was first installed. What a pleasant experience. Very satisfied with the service I received. Thank you.
