Austin was absolutely the Best service person we’ve ever had to fix our garage door.
We had 2 noisy and pitiful garage doors. A spring broke on one, the other door ahimmied as it closed so we knew we needed help. Austin from Precision came and replaced 4 unsafe springs with 2, lined up each door properly and now, thanks to his knowledge, our doors sound fantastic as they open and close. Our door motor was malfunctioning inconsistently and had Precision come out next day to check it out. Dakota was helpful, provided a detailed explanation of the issue(s), and asked what was important to us for what needed replaced. We felt very much in control of the process and learned a few things too.
We had called them to repair opener on our one garage door. They came right away ..sticker shock on their prices. Average costs are around 500. We were charged over $2200 for repair to opener for electronic board and springs replaced. And that was the lower level package. Be advised get estimate before disassemble. Cost exceeds our expectations!!
