Had a neglected garage door, Precision came out and was timely, polite, and did a professional job. Being a first responder they cut the price and threw in some extra parts. Price is my only regret. $1,500.00 for a replacement of an existing Genie garage door opener on a single car garage door. I feel that I should have shopped around more. My fault. Total job took about 2 hours.

My garage door broke on a Friday night and they were there to fix it early Saturday morning. Aiden was wonderful! He explained what needed to be done in a way I could easily understand. He then worked on the repair and would update me through the process. He did a great job and was very thorough and the door works and looks great.

Superfast response. Very, very helpful. Provided many options into a fast repair.

Garage Door Spring broke and I could not open it on a weekend. Went to website and was able to make an appointment for first thing in the morning on a weekend. Repairman was awesome, arrived early and I was able to have the Spring upgraded and other minor issues fixed. I chose the upgraded fix but was given less expenses options without any pressure.

Had a hiccup in the project and Jason the project manager came out and gave the best customer service experience I have had with a contractor. Made it right and ways really fair about things. Customer for life was made.

Mike was a great technician. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was efficient and didn’t take quite as long as he had originally said so that was a bonus. It’s nice they come out on a Sunday and are able to fix the problem right then and there.

I meant to post a review months ago! I wanted a garage door opener. Aaron came and gave me my options. He was excellent. He suggested a side door opener as I didnt have room in the rafters for one. He installed it and it is great! No more soakers while trying to open my door during a thunderstorm!!

Excellent all around. Had them replace my 18’ overhead door with an insulated model and also replaced the ceiling hung motor with a side mounted Genie.
