Customers frequently cite punctual arrivals, same-day service availability, and clear communication regarding repairs and pricing. Technicians are described as professional and knowledgeable in diagnosing issues with openers, springs, and doors. A recurring criticism involves high costs for replacements and occasional post-service follow-up problems, such as unresolved mechanical noise or unreturned calls regarding credits.

First time using Precision Door. What a great experience and TJ the tech was just a great guy. They had given a time window of 4 hrs, but arrived on the front side of the time window. They have online scheduling, that actually works, great prices and were at my house the next day. Precision is now on my refrigerator as my go to garage door service.

I very stupidly backed into my partially closed garage door. Within a half hour from my call to Precision Doors, Tayler arrived with a friendly knock and quickly assessed the damages and gave me a quote. I found the quote reasonable and to my surprise, Tayler was prepared to fix it on the spot. I expected to get a date for the repairs to take place. It was important to me because the damaged door could not be closed and so my garage would be open until the repairs were finished. My impression is that Precision emphasizes very quick service.

Precision Garage Door is a company that can be trusted to do an excellent job. I phoned them first thing in the morning and they were able to set me up with the same day appointment. The technician Bradley actually came early and quickly determined what the issues were with my doors. Surprisingly, what I thought was only two missing bolts turned out to be almost every bolt on my doors! He gave both doors the tune up and replaced all the bolts. No more noise or stalls when I open and close my garage doors. I highly recommend this company and will be contacting them again for garage door replacement.
