Customers frequently praise the punctuality, clear communication, and professional demeanor of technicians who arrive with necessary parts and provide detailed explanations. Reviews highlight efficient repairs, including spring replacements and full door installations, often noting that staff offer multiple options and maintain a courteous approach. However, some low-star reviews criticize high pricing for basic services, unexpected charges for minor tasks, and instances of uncompleted jobs or unresponsiveness, suggesting a disparity between the majority of positive experiences and isolated negative encounters.

Incredible customer service. The process from booking the appointment to receiving reminders and useful information regarding arrival times and technician info was seamless and easy. My technician, Fernando, was awesome, kind and worked thoroughly to fix the problem. What has been a headache for nearly two years was fixed by Fernando and I’m so grateful for the peace of mind we will have knowing everything is back in working order.

Just had a huge problem happen to my garage door. Came completely off track and bolts twisted-couldn’t close or open. Dangling on one side. George, from Precision door, showed up, explained what needed to be done-calm, while I was freaking bc I couldn’t believe it could be fixed. It not only was fixed-redoing with new parts, it became so quiet where as before it was so loud it could wake the dead. It’s like brand new! Thank you so much to George & Precision Garage Door.
