From the office team to the Comfort Advisors and the installation crew, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The financing department made things even easier—I was qualified within minutes! Juan and crew were amazing. They worked diligently throughout the day to replace our heater and ac with a new heat pump, as well as replacing all our duct work. They were thorough and very clean. Answered all my questions in detail. Brandon, our sales person was very professional and helpful. His communication and explanations were most helpful.

7/2026 update: I had to call Precision for an emergency repair. We are experiencing a 4 Day weekend heat wave and no AC is unbarable. They dispatched JJ in the same day despite fully booked apts. JJ is so knowledgeable, and walked me through the troubleshooting steps and explained to me the possible causes. He recovered the system within an hour. He even showed me some easy maintenance steps to prevent future failures. I am so impressed with the team! 9/2025 Guillermo & team installed a 5 zone GREE heat pump system for us. They are super! Price is good, service is great. Highly recommended!

Jonathan was our technician, he came out the next morning after I had called them at 6pm the night before… very kind and professional … repair was done in an hour and a half… the entire upstairs AC wasn’t working… the price was also very decent and cheaper than other quotes we got.
