Extremely professional, polite and knowledgable personnel who made us very comfortable working with them. A great job on a somewhat difficult installation on a refurbished garage. The garage door and opener are nice & quiet. We love the motion sensor light on the opener too!
Would i use them again or recommend this company again. ABSOLUTELY NOT.
Call them to have my extension springs on my garage door replaced. They came and tried to sell me a whole new system and they told me that to change The springs it would cost the same as to change it would be $1000. I purchased the springs for $50 from Amazon and installed them myself in 2 1/2 hours. I guess these companies are not a service Company anymore. They just find ways to try and sell you more stuff. It’s really a shame.
Luke did an outstanding job explaining to me all the options for fixing/replacing our broken garage door opener. Chose to replace it. Job was completed in a little over an hour. Very satisfied with the experience.
Have worked with Precision, Like specifically twice. Timely, friendly, helpful and efficient. Last was changing weather stripping.

A great experience with Precision Garage Door Service from the very start! Scheduling an appointment for an estimate was easy, and our technician, John Fahey, was fantastic. John clearly explained three options, made sure we understood exactly what each included, and gave us ample time to ask questions and discuss any concerns. Five stars may be the highest rating available, but I would gladly give them ten! What a difference it makes to work with a company truly dedicated to service. The personal attention was far beyond what we’ve experienced with the big box stores. Over the years, we’ve dealt with many service companies, and they simply can’t hold a candle to Precision. Thank you to John and everyone involved. If we ever need garage door service again, Precision will be at the top of our list!
