I appreciated them listening to what we wanted for a garage door opener instead of coming in hot and trying to sell us something. Tyler Cunningham laid out the two options that would fit our needs and then answered all our questions. He gave me his direct number because I knew I would have more questions. He patiently answered a second round of questions and we signed off on the bid. Tyler also did the installation which was super quick and helped us get the wifi and app working before he left. Great experience.
