Great experience with our finished basement flood. Prompt response, mitigation, and diagnostic. Took photos and worked with insurance throughout the claims process. Dealt with the insurance headache so I didn’t have to, and even the claims adjustor spoke highly of Precisions handling of the situation. Listened to all of our concerns and educated us along the way. Pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend and would use again in the future.

So far so good. I believe we are halfway through the project/repair and Mike Rice has been prompt, professional, knowledgeable, communicative, thorough and swift. From the very beginning, the team reached out within 10 minutes of requesting a quote (perhaps even sooner). We highly recommend Precision Restoration, especially working with Mike. We hope to not need their services again, but if we do, we’ll be sure to work with them again. 5/5 stars ⭐️

Mike Rice is very knowledgeable about his craft as well as HVAC Systems, Humidification Systems, electrical, plumbing and of course Mold and recommended treatments. He was both forthcoming and truthful when inspecting our house. Above all, he is honest. I would not hesitate to hire his firm before anyone else I’ve encountered over the years. I’m impressed.

We had some unfortunate flooding in our basement and needed someone to come out and help with the cleanup. Mike was able to give us a quick and reasonably priced quote and had his team start same day. They disposed of our wet carpet and other items damaged from water, removed excess water and brought deodorizing fans and dehumidifier. The area was also sprayed with a antimicrobial to prevent any mold growth. Mike and the team were all very friendly and easy to work with! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Precise Restoration!

Michael is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through a mold issue in my attic caused by a leaking exhaust fan. He explained the remediation process in detail, and what to watch out for to make sure the issue was handled correctly.
His expertise gave me confidence that the mold was properly addressed and allowed other contractors to come in afterward to repair the exhaust fan, add ventilation, and improve insulation. Since then, I’ve had no additional mold issues.
If you’re dealing with mold or moisture problems and want honest advice from someone who truly knows the industry, I highly recommend Precision Restoration.
