Every day we find issues that should have been triggers for the inspector to stop and note significant issues that could cause injury due to safety conditions or significant damage and cost to the purchaser. I thoroughly understand the need to report something functionally works but totally ignores safety, cost to repair or possible of system failures. Very unhappy with this service.
