I have been through multiple accounts, but this particular ACCOUNTANT is the absolute best one I’ve ever used. I’m using him now for seven years and he saved an incredible amount of money and he was extremely efficient. I highly recommend him.

Trying to find a tax professional who actually knows what they’re doing feels like hunting for a unicorn. Somehow, this one exists. I had a great experience working with Premier Financial Services and Ross Grossman. Ross was extremely thorough and took the time to walk me through my return in a way that actually made sense. I went in expecting to owe, and thanks to his attention to detail and understanding of deductions, that wasn’t the case at all. While I was waiting for my taxes to be completed, I wasn’t feeling well, and his assistant Theresa went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable by offering me water and pain relief. That level of care really stood out. What really impressed me was that he also reviewed my prior return that had been prepared by someone else, caught a discrepancy, and clearly explained both the issue and a practical solution. That level of diligence is rare. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and genuinely looks out for your best interest, Ross is a solid choice.

Ross's father used do my taxes. One day he handed my tax business off to Ross, to do from then on. I find Ross personally honest and knowledgeable, the same as was his dad. He used to come to the house to do the taxes, then to the Hollwood Bread building, and now his present location. No matter where he did my taxes, he always treated my family and I as old friends and family. Thanks Ross for all these years.
