Jeff at Premier Hardwood made the experience of refinishing hardwood floors pleasant, easy, and straightforward. His level of responsiveness and communication was the best I've experienced from any business. He responded very promptly to my emails and texts and was proactive in re-sending emails he wasn't sure went through. He sent me regular updates on the timeline. I received quotes from 2 or 3 other businesses; his pricing was competitive but ended up being the most valuable. He made the entire process easy to understand and was transparent with his suggestions. He was flexible, and the completion of the job was prompt. The final outcome was beautiful and made such a difference in our new home. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Premier and Jeff again.
Jeff was awesome to work with and they did an amazing job on our floors. They look brand new! We highly recommend Premier!
Jeff (new owner) did a great job on some pet stained floors and boards where carpet tape was pulled up. Some of the boards needed replacing and you would never know anything was replaced. After sanding and polishing our dog 😖 walked on the wet polish. When we called Jeff and told him what happened, he was back the next morning at 7:30am to fix it. His craftsmanship, his overall demeanor and customer service are superior. I have already recommended PREMIER to a couple of people and I will continue do so with confidence. Great job Jeff and thank you!!
Steve, thank you very much for the review! I really appreciate the feedback! Was a pleasure repairing and restoring your floor!
Jeff and Premier did a fantastic job on my wood floors. They did a full refinish about 4 years ago and I had them come back to do a re-fresh this year. The re-fresh took 1 day and the floors look brand new. Execllent company to work with on a floor project!!
Thank you very much for the review, Alan! Greatly appreciate it! Glad we could refresh your floor to make it look new again! Thank you!
Jeff just finished up carpet removal, floor repairs and restoration of two bedrooms and we are very pleased with the entire experience. He did a fantastic job!
Jeff, from Premier Hardwood Flooring, recently installed about 625 square feet of pre-finished hardwoods in our house. We could not be happier with the end result. Jeff is a very nice young man who is professional, friendly and hardworking. He promptly returned our initial call for an estimate, and was very punctual with his arrival times at our home. Jeff was great with communication, and was able to start our job 3 days earlier than anticipated. He worked diligently every day, rarely took breaks, and left the work area neat and clean. Jeff takes pride in his craft, is very meticulous with his work, and did an excellent job with the floor, as well as a reducer and trim piece which he created. Besides being an excellent craftsman, Jeff is also a very down to earth, nice person. If you are looking for quality work at a reasonable price, Jeff is your man. Give Premier Hardwood Flooring a call.
I’m glad you love your new floors! Was an absolute pleasure working with you, thanks for the fantastic review!
