Mark was timely and thorough. I appreciated his expertise in knowing which items for repair were the most important. I highly recommend.
Thank you Lisa for the great review and congratulations on your new home. Please let us know if we can be of assistance in the future. Premier Inspection Services
Had such a good experience with the owner Mark. I wanted to be really sure about every detail on a home inspection, and he went above and beyond! Educated me, and walked me through the process of how he writes his reports —super detailed—. I’m an inspector myself in another industry, and I was really impressed by the quality of his craft. We even got the dog to come out and inspect for mold, that was really cool to see.

Mark and his crew did an amazing job with the inspections. They all made sure to answer all the questions my client had along with letting us know what to expect on the report. I would definitely use Premier Inspections again.

Mark Pence is absolutely fabulous! As a licensed realtor 10 years ago, I used him on one of my first transactions. He is very knowledgeable and he is professional. It is easy to read his inspection reports. I highly recommend premier inspections to any body that needs an inspection! :)

My experience with Premier Inspection Services was positive. They did a thorough job and everything went smoothly. The only thing they could improve is to give you more payment options that don't include you paying a fee to have to pay them. Not everyone is local to hand them cash.
Thank you Bonnie for the compliment and your feedback about payment options. We do accept all forms of payment. Unfortunately accepting credit cards for payment is very expensive for business owners and that is why this added expense is passed on the consumer. We could just charge more for our services but that would be unfair to those that pay with money order, bank check, cash etc. I hope you enjoy your new home and please let us know if we can be of assistance in the future. Premier Inspection Services has been my number one choice in home inspection companies for a long time. I've worked with them for years. They are very professional, provide clear communication on home issues and their reports are very informative and easy to read. They not only identify problems but prepare the Clients for future issues that could arise and educate them on how to maintain the condition of the home so that something doesn't turn into a serious issue. My Clients always tell me they really liked their Home Inspector! Keep up the good work Premier!
Thanks Tami for the great review. It is always a pleasure working with a professional like yourself. You always have everything in order and take care of your clients as if they were your family. We look forward to seeing you on home inspections for a long time to come. Premier Inspection Services
