Excellect, was fast reliable. Very knowledgeable Was very much appreciated.
Jarrod and his team made light work of the terrible sissoo ruining our curb appeal (and before it could cause major damage to our home and our neighbors!). Of all the quotes we had, he was the only one to take the time to explain the process, answer our questions, and provide a plan for after the removal. We highly recommend!
Premier showed up on time, knocked the work out in a timely manner and went above and beyond just cutting down the tree. They also ground down a root that was growing in my grass. They did a great job.
Okay, first, Jarrod is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We did not want to hire some basic landscapers to take care of our trees. I guess we are now tree snobs! Jarrod and his team are TOP NOTCH (you get what you pay for). Not only does our tree look great, but the yard looks spotless after the trimming. The team is fast and efficient and we are planning to work with Jarrod and his team in the fall to remove a tree and replace it with something better suited for the space. Highly recommend! UPDATE: Jarrod and team strike again! This time they removed a wonky-growing Palo Verde for us. They were very careful not to damage surrounding plants and there's absolutely no trace of the tree left! Great job, Jarrod and team!
Well Done. SAFETY, Yes.
We had such a great experience with Premier Landscape & Tree Services! They were incredibly communicative from start to finish, showed up when they said they would, and did an amazing job. Jarrod and his entire crew were professional, friendly, and great to work with, and they left everything looking clean when they were finished. You can tell they have a really solid team and take pride in their work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing tree removal or landscaping work!
They sent a crew and we were not able to communicate. They had one guy up in a tree with no safety harness. The guys were nice a very courtious.
Hi Debra, you have the wrong company. We have never serviced a house for a client with your name. Additionally, my clients are all always able to get a hold of me and I am personally at every job. So communication is never an issue. I hope you will take the time to look into this and find the actual company you think you are reviewing. I have nothing but 5-star reviews, as I make sure my clients are satisfied with the job before I leave their property…this one star review is going to harm my reputation. Please remove it and make sure you have the correct company before leaving a one-star review. My company name in full is Premier Landscape & Tree Services. There are several other companies that have the name Premier Landscape in them. Please find the correct one, this is not it.
Jarrod and his team of experts arrived early, worked quickly and were very clearly knowledgeable in their craft. They took the time to go branch by branch with my mesquite trees to get them back in shape after monsoons broke a few branches. Definitely worth getting arborists to take care of my trees. Thanks for the great work!
Jarrod and his Premier team did an amazing job on an overgrown mesquite tree we were afraid was going to come down in the monsoons. He worked hard to fit our appointment in and communicated clearly. This was even fixing a poorly done job by another company just a few months prior. Reasonably priced and great, fast work. I highly recommend him and his team!
Premier was fantastic. We had an urgent tree removal requirement and not only did we get a same day in person quote within hours of me contacting them but also was able to get scheduled the following day. The entire experience was excellent from beginning to end. Speedy service, very responsive, friendly crew and professional work. 5 stars, will definitely use Premier again for any future tree service needs.
