Very professional ! From getting a quote to a high quality finished product. They were great with communication and showing up on time.
Received a quote back in April or May of this year. Took some time to save up for it and then reached out and asked for an updated quote at the beginning of this month. A rep called me and went over the original quote and the changes I wanted with it and said they would have an updated quote sent over soon as I said I was trying to get my driveway done before the winter. Tomorrow will be 4 weeks since I asked for the updated quote and I still haven’t received anything. I texted the rep that called me last week Wednesday and he has ignored me. Replying to owner’s response: Wait, what? I tell you I haven’t received an updated quote in what is now over a month and that the sales rep ignored me when I reached out for an update and you don’t think that warrants a bad review?
Dear Jordan, We understand that you are waiting for an updated estimate and hope to complete the work before winter. However, since our initial estimate was provided five months ago, we are now at the end of our current season. Leaving a negative review is unfair given the delay in reaching back out to us.
Had a very good experience with Premier Paving. Jena was always helpful, knowledgeable and nice to work with. Liz was also very easy to work with and was always communicating with us in regards to the timeline.
Very pleased with our new driveway and appreciate using local Company with a military presence. The workers were efficient and precise. Office managers communicated clearly and very professionally.
On time on budget friendly people
Premier was outstanding! Our driveway was more than 20 yrs old and really beat up. Premier crews dug out the old driveway and installed a beautiful new one. Price was more than fair, office staff was a dream to work with and the entire crew was polite, answered my questions and left the area cleaner than it was. Highly, highly recommend.
Came as scheduled and worked quickly. Driveway looks great.
