I initially called Brett to set up the appointment. He was very welcoming to speak with and timely in the schedule for a diagnosis for the next day. The technician Adam came out performed the work on our pool light and even identified an installation error from the pool company that most likely caused the pool light to short circuit to go out prematurely. Adam also corrected the pool pump that was making a noise with no charge having to look at it. Both Adam and Brett were very professional and timely and I would trust them again for any pool repairs.

UPDATE:
We were so impressed with the pump installation that we went ahead and tried out their weekly pool service.
It’s been at least 6 mos now and we are really happy with their weekly pool service.
Communication remains great, responsive and very timely.
We get an email with the exact chemicals used and the readings after each weekly service. Owen is definitely an asset to the company! Thanks Owen you’re appreciated!

Great customer service from start to finish!
Our pool pump needed to be replaced. From the first phone call to the end of the job these guys are super professional and seem really honest.
They came out to give us a free quote which we really appreciated!
Adam and his colleague (sorry I forgot his name) came out and spent some time explaining to me what was needed and was super professional the entire time. Great communication!
We got a few quotes and although their price matched up with one of the other company’s quote we went with Premier due to the professionalism and the fact that they took the time to come out for a free estimate vs just photos.
The new Jandy works great! Super quiet and they cleaned up afterwards did such a a great job installing it.

My first pool Premier Pools built and had no problems in 20 years, Premier Pools built my incredible pool 4 years ago. So, I had to go with Premier Pool Service. I have been very happy.
