Premier Pool gets a 10/10. From the first initial inquiry to the completion, they have been great to work with. Preston was very patient during the sales process. Helped us stay within our budget and was able to give us what we wanted.
Kody was great to work with. He answered every question, clearly communicated every step of the process, and stayed true to the timeline.
We would highly recommend them if you’re thinking about getting a pool! The best!

Outstanding Pool Installation Experience
We had an amazing experience having our new pool installed, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the beginning of the process through completion, Ryan DeVita and the team was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and committed to making sure everything was done right. We even had the opportunity to interact with the owner, Bob, which made the experience feel like we were valued customers.
The workmanship and attention to detail were truly impressive, and our pool turned out even better than we imagined. They listened to what we wanted, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were satisfied with the finished product.
We absolutely love our new pool and are looking forward to making many wonderful memories with family and friends!

We recently completed our pool installation with Premier Pools and Spas in Locust Grove, and I have to say, the experience from start to finish was a great one!
When it comes to the owner, Bob, it’s very clear that customer satisfaction and quality of work are a top priority. That started with our sales representative, Jeremy, who made the process easy and gave us confidence in choosing Premier Pools and Spas.
Our project manager, Leroy, was always responsive and helpful. He even answered my call while he was on vacation (which I didn’t even realize at the time!) and still made sure I was pointed in the right direction. That level of customer service and relationship-building carried through with all of the contractors assigned to each phase of our project.
Bob is incredibly approachable and genuinely wants to understand how they can improve. More than anything, though, he values his customers, and I truly believe that is at the heart of his business.
I would absolutely recommend Premier Pools and Spas in Locust Grove if you’re looking for a company that wants to bring your vision to life rather than trying to oversell you or add things just to drive up the price.
And a huge thank you to Bob for recommending the Abalone Shell finish — it was the perfect finishing touch for our pool! 🤍

Thank you to Premier Pools for another outstanding job constructing our new pool. This is our second pool built by the Premier Pool team. We were so pleased with the pool they installed at our last home that when we purchased a new home we contacted them again. We met with our salesman Preston and discussed our ideas and he helped us select a design and surfaces that fit our needs. He then created a virtual video of our backyard with our dream pool. This greatly aided us in visualizing the final product. Leroy, our construction supervisor maintained constant contact with us keeping us informed of each step while keeping the construction zone to a minimum. Every step of the way Preston, Leroy, and the Premier team were available to answer our questions or concerns. We appreciate them making our dream a reality and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable company.

We received several quotes for our pool project and Premier Pools and Spas stood out. Preston Smith provided us with a very detailed quote, listened to our needs, provided great feedback and recommendations and even provided a video rendering of our dream pool. When we chose them, he and Leroy came out and walked us through the process. Construction took longer than expected, but the quality of the work was excellent. When things weren’t done to their standards they made it right. Our pool has been done for several months and we couldn’t be happier. It is a huge project, but we are so glad that Preston, Sherry, Julia and Leroy were on our team. The owner Bob came out several times too to make sure things were progressing well. We love our beautiful pool!

The people, the service, the construction, everything was amazing!
Ours was a custom build from beginning to end, and it could not have gone more smoothly.
They show up when they say they’re going to show up, they provide all the services that they tell you about, and they check on you every step of the way.
If you’re considering anybody else to build your pool, stop and call these guys. I promise you, you will come back here and thank me later.

Knowing my husband and I wanted a Gunite pool, I gathered quotes from several companies before making my decision. He also did an excellent job managing our expectations from the start. Building a pool involves many moving parts, from coordinating different teams to accounting for weather delays, and having that clarity upfront made it much easier to trust the process and let things unfold naturally.

Premiere pools made a dream come true, I love water it represents peace and serenity, and I knew this was the company I wanted to do my pool especially when Preston introduced the Serenity pool to me.
