We also appreciate Freddy and his construction crew for their hard work, efficiency, and attention to detail. Alexis did an excellent job keeping us updated and informed throughout the project.

Thank you, Premier Pools & Spas Vacaville for making our dream become a reality. Overall the experience has been great. There were a few hiccups communication wise however, all in all the issues were resolved. We are SO happy with the end result and truly feel like we’re a part of the Premier Family now. We have confidence in knowing should any issues arise in the future we can reach out and they’ll have someone out to assist us. We want to give a huge shoutout to our designer Nick F. who went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of every step of the way. This was a scary decision for us investment wise and with the reassurance from Nick we knew we’d be making the right decision long term. Another huge shoutout to the construction supervisor, Bryan L. who responded to any of our questions promptly, checked on progress daily and if there were any issues he made sure they were resolved timely. A shoutout to all of the construction crews throughout the entire process, building a pool is no easy task and they got it done even through the 100 degree days. A shoutout to Jason for getting the equipment and electrical programmed and showing us how to work everything. A shoutout to Alexis, the content creator who captured progress for us along the way. And a shoutout to the owner, Taylor who truly got to know us and what our family was looking for and made sure it all came together nicely. We attended the April event and took our whole family, they had food and drinks and activities for the kids while we spent time picking out material. The material selection room has endless options and it was great bring able to bring those options outside to see how they would look in the sun. We also made a few visits to the showroom and took our moms to show them the materials we selected as well as the design Nick made for us. Thank you again for everything, Premier!

We can't say enough good things about Premier Pools in Vacaville. From the day we started the dig in March to swimming by June, this team kept the project on time and delivered exactly what they promised.
Huge shoutout to Dawn, whose attention to detail and flawless project management kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. And to Bryan -- his dedication in getting our pool finished in time for my daughter's birthday party meant the world to our family. He also went above and beyond with his investigation skills, tracking down a tricky leak that turned out to be coming from next door, and came back out to work on our pool cover vault to make sure everything was done right.

This review should’ve been written a long time ago - but as the saying goes, better late than never. Bottom line is that my family loves Vacaville Premier & we happily recommend them! Premier built our pool in 2019. Dayton was our point guy and fabulous every step of the way. Did everything go as expected? No. But his communication was on point & he always came with a solution. Freddie was our fix it guy & all through the warranty, went above & beyond to right the things that broke (even going as far to show me how to drain the pool in a massive rain dump). Fast forward to 2026 - our warranty expired &, of course, a tile fell off the wall because of cracked mortar behind it. I called the Vacaville Premier office, connected with Kylie (very sweet) who quickly lined up a fix it team. Not only is the mortar bed fixed but the tile looks great. Premier’s communication over the years has been just as awesome as their handiwork. We spend quite a bit of time in our backyard, the pool & spa are the focal points, & we receive soooo many compliments on it. Kudos to Premier!!

Premier Pool and all of their vendors did a fantastic job from start to finish. The guys that Doug the pool were super efficient to every team in the process. Landscaper’s doing the Pavers and all the other landscaping did a fantastic job as well. The plumbers in the Tile setters did a fantastic job. Considering a few days of rain during the process, they got everything done on a timely manner. We are now enjoying our beautiful pool and landscaping.
