Google reviewers rate Premier Pro Cleaners 4.8 out of 5 based on 105 reviews, with the owner responding to 27% of feedback. Positive comments frequently highlight punctuality, thorough attention to detail, professional communication, and competitive pricing for residential and commercial deep cleaning services. As a construction company, maintaining a clean and safe work environment is crucial for our projects. We hired Premier Pro Cleaners to handle the post-construction cleanup, and they did an exceptional job. Their team was incredibly professional, arriving on time and fully equipped to tackle the mess left behind. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations. Every detail was attended to, from removing debris to dusting surfaces and polishing fixtures. They transformed our construction site into a pristine space ready for handover to our clients. What truly stood out was their reliability. We’ve had issues with other cleaning services in the past, but Premier Pro Cleaners was consistent and dependable throughout the entire project. Their pricing is also very fair, given the level of service provided. We highly recommend Premier Pro Cleaners to any construction company in need of thorough, professional, and reliable cleaning services. They have become our go-to cleaning service, and we couldn’t be happier with their work.

terrible
damaged my carpet now I have to get it replaced.
They did a deep clean on my house today and it was terrible. They were originally scheduled to clean my house earlier this week, but didn’t show up because the cleaner had a flat tire or so they said. Rescheduled for today and the cleaner showed up almost an hour late - didn’t even apologize for being late. She rushed through the cleaning, and I will have to clean it again myself because it was the worst cleaning job I’ve ever paid for. I spoke with the owner, Yvonne, and she apologized, but didn’t make it right. I do not recommend.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that Eimy did such a great job and that you were happy with your deep cleaning service. We’ll be sure to share your feedback with her—it will make her day! We truly appreciate your recommendation and look forward to serving you again in the future.

The girls went above and beyond to clean my house!!!
Above and beyond — that's our girls every single time! Standard cleaning or deep clean, our team brings that same extra effort to every home in Orland Park and Homer Glen. So glad you felt the difference! See you on the next clean! ✨
As a healthcare provider, my schedule is always busy, so it means a lot to have a team I can trust to take care of my home the same way I take care of my patients. I highly recommend Premier Pro Cleaners, they’ve been coming routinely, and their professionalism and consistency really stand out. They are reliable, thorough, and even take care of the smallest crumbs and details without needing to be asked. Walking into my house after they’ve cleaned honestly feels like the day I first bought it, everything looks that fresh and spotless. That feeling alone makes them worth every penny. You honestly get a little addicted to relying on them for that clean, finished feel but it’s absolutely worth it. Especially the bathrooms that’s the most annoying but important area, and they always make it look perfect.
