What do you need done?

Nate and Simon run a well organized “on time” business. They get back to you promptly when you leave a message. Their work crews did a great job replacing our 28 year old roof and doing some high, out of reach painting on my house. They have done multiple roof replacements in my neighborhood in Silverthorne and…

5 stars — Great work, fair price, and a clean job site We had our roof replaced after storm damage from last year and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and finished the job in a day and a half as promised. They walked me through the whole process upfront —…

Simon Crittle was an amazing project manager. He was excellent at communicating, arranging delivery and his crew completed my entire roof in about 6 hours. I highly recommend Premier.

Simon did a great job working around our schedule. Job was done quickly and finished on time.

Derek at Premier Restoration was amazing to work with. Not only got a great roof on my 16 unit apartment building, but dealt with the nightmare insurance company and bank all with a fantastic attitude.

Simon was amazing was able to preview the job within one day of calling him. The work was done timely and we made it to closing. Will be using Simon again

Tony provided us with a honest inspection today. He determined that we do not have enough damage at this time. Based on our experience, when we are ready to replace our roof, we will absolutely be going with Tony and this company.

Derek did a free inspection and was honest in determining that my roof had no damage. I appreciated him showing me photos of my roof and that it was in good working condition! He was very detailed in his work and was very knowledgable!

Levi did a roof inspection on my roof and he did a great job.

Levi inspected my roof because of the recent hail storm. He was helping my neighbor and saw me outside and came by. I was skeptical at first because he just came up, but he did an inspection with a video and said I have no damage. He just secured a future customer. Very much appreciate his honesty!!!

Michael Head was very polite and professional. He gave me honest information and a variety of options about my project instead of selling me something I didn’t need.

Great quality and service. Replaced roof at expected cost. Honest project mangers give fair quotes and set proper expectations.

Chief, our customer service representative did an awesome job! I greatly appreciated him not being “pushy” and was extremely professional!

Great information.

Derek inspected our roof today for possible hail damage and gave us a report that we don’t need a new roof at this time. My husband and I appreciated his honest way of doing business and when we need a new roof we will without a doubt call Premier Restoration & Construction Company!!

Got a free roof inspection, they found no damage, thank you Chief for helping the community

They were re-roofing another house in our neighborhood and knocked on our door to 1) let us know that they'd be there and apologize for the noise in advance which I appreciate and 2) offered to do a free roof inspection. Derrick did the inspection and showed me photos after with a few spots of damage but overall did…

Worked with Chief and found him to be of high integrity, very honest and upfront. He was not high pressure and explained the process well.

Chief is AWESOME! He was punctual and very thorough on our roof inspection and quickly provided us with a repair estimate. With some roofers, I feel they always want to "replace the entire roof", even when its not necessary. I felt he was very honest in his findings and fair in the repair estimate. Will be my go to…

Austin , of Premier Restoration & Construction, was very easy to work with & his crew did an excellent job of re-roofing. I would recommend him.

Jake was very easy to work with, got my new roof and gutters installed promptly and efficiently!! Highly recommend working with Jake and this company

Wonderful experience made painless by Austin’s attentiveness to detail. We had to appeal insurance company’s review of our claim more than once. Austin provided additional pictures plus key fact: insurance had to approve our claim based on Thornton City Bldg Code. Our hail damage met the requirement. Austin walked…

Derek and his team were great! Derek made sure every detail was taken care of and communicated very well throughout the whole process of repairing the hail damage to my home and fence. Great workmanship, would recommend him and his team to anyone!
