**Five stars isn't enough for Premier Topdressing Lawn Care!** I can't say enough good things about this company. From the very first consultation, they were professional, knowledgeable, and clear about exactly what they would do and what results I could expect, and they delivered on every promise. My lawn had been struggling for a long time and I was skeptical anything could bring it back, but they told me it would come in green and healthy, and that's exactly what happened. My grass is now thick, lush, and a deep, vibrant green. Neighbors have actually stopped to ask who does my lawn. What impressed me most was their reliability. They were always on schedule for the weed sprays, never missed a visit, and never left me wondering when they'd show up. They also went above and beyond in ways I didn't expect, taking the time to answer all my questions, offering helpful tips for watering and maintenance between visits, and treating my yard like it was their own. If you're looking for a lawn care company that is honest, dependable, and actually gets results, look no further. Premier Topdressing Lawn Care has earned a customer for life. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Premier Topdressing Lawn Care! I have a property of about one acre, and year after year I struggled with patches of dead grass and weeds that seemed to keep spreading. After hiring Premier Topdressing, the transformation has been incredible. They did an amazing job bringing my lawn back to life. The difference was so noticeable that neighbors started commenting on how great the lawn looked and even asking me what the “secret recipe” was! Beyond the quality of their work, what really stands out is their professionalism and flexibility. They are very accommodating and willing to work around your schedule and specific needs, which makes the entire process easy and stress-free. If you're looking for a company that genuinely knows how to improve and maintain a beautiful, healthy lawn, I strongly recommend Premier Topdressing Lawn Care. The results speak for themselves — definitely a 5-star experience!

I’ve used several lawn care companies over the years, and Premier Topdressing & Lawn Care is by far the best. Paulo and his team are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and truly care about the health of your lawn. The difference in our lawn has been incredible—thicker, greener, and healthier than it’s ever been. They take the time to explain the process, use high-quality products, and always follow through on their work. If you’re looking for a company that delivers real results and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Premier Topdressing & Lawn Care. You won’t be disappointed.

Premier Topdressing & Lawn Care has completely transformed my lawn. The attention to detail, communication, and quality of work are outstanding. Paulo and his team are reliable, professional, and genuinely care about delivering great results. They don’t just apply treatments—they take the time to explain what’s needed and follow up to make sure the lawn continues to improve. Our lawn is greener, thicker, and healthier than ever before. I highly recommend Premier Topdressing & Lawn Care to anyone looking for a company that takes pride in their work and delivers exceptional results.

I switched to Premier mid-way through the season in 2025 after seeing a decline in the level of service/attention from my previous company. Paulo and team jumped right in - and helped get my lawn back to looking great. He and his team spend the time walking the lawn and identifying any areas of concern. Highly recommend using them!!

I’ve been using this company and Paulo for several years now. My lawn has never looked better. We had some large construction done several years ago. That resulted in most of my back and side yard lawns being tore up. We never thought the lawn could be returned to before. Paulo and his team did it and now it looks better than ever. Trust Paulo and his team. They will make your lawn look fantastic. Plus all of his team are knowledgeable and totally trust worthy. When they say they can do something they do. This is rare today. So many companies look for the shortcut and don’t have their customers best interest. This company cares. And I highly recommend them to anyone!

If you are looking for a professional crew that did outstanding work you have looked to the right people. From beginning to end, this has been one of the best landscaping experiences I have ever had. The crew went the extra mile and delivered for sure. I recommend this company 100% and look forward to doing future business with them.
