I had to review my service call from Premier water. My technician John was outstanding with the way he serviced my water issue. He was one in a million guys that come to your home for a service call. He tested everything and repaired the part and also looked into a problem with water quality. He is definitely a gold star member of Premier Water. Highly recommend them for water service

Premier water systems IS the company you want installing your water purification system. I received top notch service and the best customer service from the moment I called to now a year later to the day, following up for my one year service. We have an additional R.O system and we use it for EVERYTHING from drinking water, to filling the dogs water bowl, and cooking pasta. Couldn’t be happier with this company!

I had a new water filtration system installed by Premier Water, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I’ve been a customer for almost 20 years, and they’ve always been great to work with.
About two years ago, I thought I needed a new system, so I asked Premier Water to send someone out. The salesperson was honest and told me I didn’t need one yet, which is hard to find these days. Two weeks ago, I contacted them again, and Corey came out to discuss my options. He was just as honest and helpful.
I decided to move forward with a new system, and it was installed today—less than two weeks after I first called. Rick and Corey (this is not the same Corey as the salesperson) did an excellent job and were both great to work with. They’re a wonderful representation of Premier Water.
I highly recommend Premier Water to anyone who needs a new system or regular service.
