Thank you to Kyle and Premium Plumbing for helping my dad with his water heater installation! Kyle was incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to explain all of our options so we could choose what worked best for us. He was honest, knowledgeable, and never pushy, which we really appreciated. The entire experience was great, and we highly recommend Kyle and Premium Plumbing!
Kyle did a very good job. He was knowledgeable, efficient on time and polite. These people are now my go to plumber for any future problems.

Kyle was knowledgeable, kind, and most importantly more on time then I was. He explained what was wrong, the perfered fix, the contingency plan, and the prices before doing anything. He was in and out in half an hour

Premium Plumbing was referred to us by our Condo Association after our previous plumbers just weren't understanding the assignment. Our shower and tile contractor needed the plumbing rough-in corrected for the THIRD time, so we decided it was time to change plumbers.
That's when we called Premium Plumbing, and what a difference!
Luis came out and was absolutely awesome! He was experienced, professional, polite, and worked directly with our stone and tile contractor to make sure everything was done correctly. Most importantly, he understood the assignment!
Shortly afterward, I received a call from the owner of the stone and tile company telling me that we needed to keep Premium Plumbing as our plumbers because the difference in workmanship was night and day.
Fast forward, we've now used Premium Plumbing three times, and I couldn't be happier! It's such a relief to find a company that knows what they're doing, communicates well, and gets the job done right.
Premium Plumbing has earned our business, and I highly recommend them!

I have had Louis to my home several times for various issues and recently had Santiago visit to repair some old pipes and install a new faucet. Louis and Santiago have always been on time, are very pleasant to talk to, respectful of my home and refreshingly honest.
