I had an exceptional experience with Premium Termite and Pest Control!
After having several companies inspect my property, I was particularly impressed with Logan, who conducted a very thorough and detailed inspection. He took the time to explain my options for both tenting and local treatment, something the other companies didn't offer.
I ultimately chose local treatment because my tenant was unable to leave the house due to age and health concerns. Logan was very understanding and worked with me to find the best solution.
Logan and his colleague did an excellent job performing a thorough local treatment throughout the property. From the very beginning, I felt confident that I was in good hands. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to accommodate my situation really stood out.
I highly recommend Premium Termite and Pest Control, especially Logan.
Erica came through and took care of business, very respectful and knew what she was doing, Thank you for taking care of this bugs! Definitely recommend
Erica Fuentes has provided excellent pest control service for my home. She is professional, friendly, reliable, and always does a thorough job. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend Erica to anyone looking for dependable and effective pest control. She provides truly excellent service!
Erika is dependable, knowledgable, and friendly! She spent time listening to our issue, walking the premises thoroughly, and coming up with a plan to address the issue. Erika communicated well and did a great job explaining the work that she was going to do. She was super helpful and we are grateful for her excellent service. They're lucky to have her as part of their team!
Chris came and did an inspection and was punctual, thorough, and betty professional. He checked everything in and around our house and was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Just waiting for our quote so we can determine which procedure to go with.
I had Chris Gradeless from Premium Termite & Pest Control come out on 9.8.2026 for a termite inspection. I was gathering a 2nd bid for tenting/spot inspection services, due to termite activity.
He was incredibly professional and super thorough with the inspection. Poked around the overhang, went into the attic and under the house.
I strongly recommend Chris & this company if you are in need of services, it is hard to find honest & transparent people to do business with.
Terrific initial treatment - Erica was great and thoroughly cleared cobwebs and laid out an aggressive, pet-safe treatment for our ant problem. I appreciated her attention to detail, thorough explanation, and diligence in cleaning up after the treatments, including helping me move some cut branches that were infested into our green bin. It was an extremely hot day but she spent more time at our house than any other preceding pest control company. Thank you Erica!
Erica is so friendly and thorough. We live in an old house (100+ years) with a lot of cypress trees, and we had some serious pests prior to her service. She's been our technician for a couple years now, and she's been wonderful since day one. She always calls with a heads up that she's close, is super detailed oriented, and is just generally friendly to chat with. I also appreciate Eden. She's also very detail-oriented and friendly. I'm appreciate the trustworthiness of these women and highly recommend them :-)
We had an excellent experience with Erica Fuentes from Premium Termite and Pest Control! Erica was incredibly polite, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. She was highly effective in addressing our rat problem and did an outstanding job communicating what she was doing and what we could expect.
It’s clear that Erica takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about providing great service. We were extremely impressed with her professionalism and results. We will absolutely be requesting Erica by name for any future pest control needs. Highly recommend!
