Amazing! Showed up early and went above and beyond. My gutters hadn't been cleaned in several years and they knocked it out fast and thoroughly. Thank you so much!

I have always been impressed when I go downtown and see the craft people cleaning windows or when I was at state office buildings looking out admiring the clear view. Pressure Point of Ames (Scope within The Des Moines Area) offers at great value the same attention to detail in cleaning residential windows. Jason sends Tray and his team to clean all of my outside windows, storm and patio doors for a reasonable rate — even though I would like reminders — I still call when I see them in my area and normally they will try to squeeze me in — twice a year despite our dust or rain storms. Thanks Jason and Team Tray and his brother Tony for being reliable, professional, courteous, and detail oriented!

The only reason this company gets 1 star instead of 0 is because they did send a guy back to re-do the work. The reason they still only get 1 star after a second time around, is because they still did a terrible and incomplete job. They only sprayed down the outsides of the windows and didn't bother wiping off the spots or use a squeegee. And even though we paid extra for the cleaning of "tracks, sills & frames" along with the exterior and interior cleaning, and even though we gave them a second chance, you can see from the pictures that they did not come even close to doing what they were paid to do. I really don't know how they have a 5 star rating, but don't be fooled.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear you’re still unhappy with your window cleaning experience, and we understand how frustrating it is when results don’t meet expectations. We take pride in our work and always do our best to make things right when something doesn’t go as planned.
In this case, our technician returned the same day to re-clean the areas that were initially missed, using our full process for both the glass and the frames. The photos included in this review appear to be from before the return visit, as those issues were addressed during the second cleaning.
We’ve also reached out by phone to offer a follow-up inspection and cleaning with a different technician and would still be happy to come back if you’d like to move forward.
For anyone reading, we encourage you to look at our many other reviews that reflect the level of service we consistently provide and the lengths we go to in order to make things right. Thank you again for the feedback

Fritz contacted me soon after I inquired online to get a bit more info on what I needed. He was so nice and provided me a quote for gutter and exterior house cleaning. The price was also very reasonable, so I booked right away. Then Matt was able to come out the next day and complete the job. I am so happy with the results and how knowledgeable, kind and thorough Matt was. I highly recommend Pressure Point Cleaners! Top notch company and you can tell they care about their customers!
