We had Prestige out for a service on our units. Brett was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He noticed that our drain line was blocked and fixed. Prestige were quick to respond to our requests and in the middle of a busy & hot Texas summer that's impressive. Thank you!

Great company!! We've used them for years and will never go somewhere else. Best prices with even better service. You can't beat that. I recommend them to ALL my local friends and family.

Extremely pleased with the service, very professional, great technician.

Nicholas, the owner, came and was very professional. He arrived on time and did a thorough check on each of my AC units and explained what he was looking for. He didn’t mind me hovering over what he was doing, in fact, he preferred me, the customer, to be there to witness his work. I fully trusted his work and… Read full review

I use Prestige Air because it is a family run business and I feel I am a part of that family each time they come out. They discuss all my options with me and make recommendations accordingly. They don’t try to up-sell me or try to encourage me to make a purchase of something I don’t need. Also I find their pricing to be appropriate and affordable.

I highly recommend Prestige Air! Great service at a reasonable price. They are also very friendly. If need HVAC work,Prestige is what you need!

Quick response time, arrived ahead of schedule. Professional and made sure I understood the work being done.

It's not very often in the city that you find a company that feels like they're good country folk! I had the pleasure of meeting Nick, the owner a while back for a maintenance on my AC. Of course, being summer, they were extremely busy and booked solid so it was an unusual surprise that the owner came out just for a… Read full review

Nicholas came out the next day after I contacted him (on time), thoroughly checked everything out, and was able to give me a diagnosis of my problem within 30 minutes. Nicholas was great! He showed up to our office on time, was very thorough, explained everything he found, and told us what the cost would be before doing the work so we wouldn't have any surprises on the bill. Very professional, I highly recommend.

This is an Owner Operator Company, so he is his own best employee. Nick will take of you in a Good way!!

I received an email and a text the day before my appointment. The day of, they were running a bit late from an earlier appointment (emergency) but texted and messaged me to let me know - great communication. They did a thorough evaluation of my system and removed ivy that had grown into my condenser. Very professional and friendly! Highly recommend.

Nick was awesome. He evaluated our a/c system and caught some things that could have been major issues for us and fixed them before they became a problem.
