I use Prestige Air because it is a family run business and I feel I am a part of that family each time they come out. They discuss all my options with me and make recommendations accordingly. They don’t try to up-sell me or try to encourage me to make a purchase of something I don’t need. Also I find their pricing to be appropriate and affordable.

Nick and the crew were extremely professional and dependable. We called them for an entire HVAC replacement and they were at our house within hours. We have had them regularly maintain it and they have always come within 30 minutes of our calls. They are super friendly and have always been available for phone tips as well. We love Prestige Air!!

The day of, they were running a bit late from an earlier appointment (emergency) but texted and messaged me to let me know - great communication.
