Nicholas and team absolutely saved the day for us (after being let down by another HVAC company). They answered quickly, headed out right away to get the part we needed, and were there when they said they would be. When another issue came up, he didn’t hesitate to come back the same day to make sure everything was…
Super Fast Response_Same day Will came and fix the Heating System_Honest, Reliable, and On-Time.! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Trusted HVAC Company in the DFW-Area
Very thorough service.
Brett was very professional and attentive to my concerns. He went above and beyond my expectations.
I had a fantastic experience with Prestige Air! When my AC suddenly stopped working, I was in a bit of a panic. However, I called Prestige Air, and they were incredibly responsive. They were able to send a crew to my house the very next day, which was such a relief. The team from Prestige Air worked diligently to…
I use Prestige Air because it is a family run business and I feel I am a part of that family each time they come out. They discuss all my options with me and make recommendations accordingly. They don’t try to up-sell me or try to encourage me to make a purchase of something I don’t need. Also I find their pricing to be appropriate and affordable.
Prompt and professional service at a fair price. I highly recommend Prestige Air.
Good customer service. Quick, friendly and reasonable. Will definitely used again.
Nicholas Rozier was great! He found the malfunctioning part and replaced it quickly. Then he tested to make sure that everything was working correctly. I was very happy with the service.
We love Randy and his son. They are super flexible and even came to check our heater at Winter Storm Uri. They fixed it quickly and our house again got warm fast! Highly recommend Prestige Air!
Professional and extremely easy to work with. Will help you every step of the way. Will check up on you and your family to see how things are going to get everyone in a comfortable environment.
Fast, reliable service for a fair price. He explained everything that he did and gave tips on how to avoid future issues. Would recommend him to anyone.
Very honest and good quality professional service
We are so thankful for the responsiveness and quality service received from Nick! I made the call to service our heater and Nick made it to our house in the snow in record time! He was quick and thorough in repairing our unit, he even put in a fresh set of batteries for our thermostat!
Nick was so great! The cold weather came fast this week and we discovered that our heater just wouldn’t turn on. We called Prestige at 7pm and they were at our door by 9am the next morning. They found the problem and fixed it in 30 minutes and I’m so glad we called them. They were in and out so fast and were very…
Seriously, this was easily one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. My AC started making sounds you never want to hear. I called several companies and made my decision based on who was most willing to give me options and answer my nervous questions. Nicholas and Randy were great communicators. When I…
