Patrick came to our home to do the interior and exterior windows again this year. He did an excellent job and had to work in the rain part of the time, but the windows are glistening. The whole experience from sign up to payment was smooth. That is why we keep calling them every year
Very well done. On Time and great workers!
Thank you!! -Carl
I had two homes in which I needed the windows cleaned. From initial phone call to finish, it took 72 hours. Absolutely incredible. Carl was extremely kind and knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured to do anything extra that I didn’t ask for. His quote was also cheaper than several others in the Royal Oak area. 10/10 would recommend Carl and his team!
very responsive, attention to detail. willing to help with some difficult situations with old windows.
Thanks so much!! Our pleasure.
Had my skylight windows, palladium window and patio door windows cleaned in my family room. Also, Carl and I discussed when he came, if he would be able to secure 3 gable vent covers. Although out of the ordinary, but, since he was up on the ladder, he said he would do so. L O V E his quality of work, professionalism, genuine friendliness and competitive pricing. Will call him again in the spring, and happily refer him to anyone I know that may benefit from his professional services. Call him, you will not be disappointed.
Thank you!! Glad I could help!
They were on time, efficient, organized & we are very happy with the service.
Thank you!!! -Carl
Across the board, Carl kept it honest and real about what services I actually needed instead of trying to sell me on additional bells/whistles/etc. Prices are very fair and the work speaks for itself. This is my go-to now for window/gutter related issues.
Awesome, thanks so much!!! - Carl
Prestissimo did a great job. We have a lot of windows. Carl personally supervised the work and performed some of it himself. They also inspected our gutters and repaired damaged screens. Overall, we were very pleased with the results.
