Customers consistently highlight punctuality, professional communication, and fair pricing in their reviews of Preston Pest Service LLC. Recurring themes include effective treatment for various pests such as termites, rodents, and insects, along with a respectful approach to residential properties. While most feedback is positive, a minority of low-star reviews note inconsistencies in treatment recommendations, specifically regarding the initial advice against bait stations followed by their subsequent installation.
