My service was great. The Service Man named Chris was friendly, and knowledgeable and explained all the he was doing in a way I could understand. He wore booties over his shoes each time he entered my house so dirt would not be tracked in. The work was completed efficiently and quickly. 1 repair, 1 faucet installed and maintenance on my heater and hot water system. Great price
Was very satisfied with both the diagnostic visit and the installation of a water heater. Highly recommend both Chris and Matt and their assistants. Overall great experience.
Chris was a true professional, was really impressed with how easy it was to book, setup, etc. Chris walked me through everything in detail and thought prices were fair but given how quickly they were responding, came out, etc. I highly recommend, thanks!
