Customers frequently praise Pride Plumbing for rapid response times, professional communication, and thorough explanations of repair options. Services often include water heater replacements, toilet repairs, and drain clearing, with technicians noted for punctuality and clean work areas. However, some low-star reviews cite high service call fees, expensive estimates, and a lack of warranty on repairs as recurring concerns.

After a helpful exchange with the receptionist at 8 in the morning, Sam and Ethan arrived by 1pm the same day to address a basement leak that had happened overnight. They quickly assessed the situation and augered clean our connection to the septic. I was very pleased with their friendly, clean, professional work, and willingness to answer all my questions. Thanks, Pride Plumbing and Ethan & Sam!

Steve Clark did an amazing job replacing our toilet tank, bathroom and bathtub faucets. Did not leave a trace that he was there and finished the job in just a couple of hours.

Our toilet tank cracked 9 days before the sale of our house was scheduled for closing. We needed a new toilet installed as soon as possible. We called in on a Monday and Pride sent a service person (Ethan) less than 24 hours later. Ethan offered the option of seeing whether they could find a replacement tank (which could take several days) so we decided to just buy a new toilet. Ethan showed me several options on his tablet and the one we chose was delivered from Pride's warehouse in less than an hour. Ethan provided a professional and efficient installation; problem solved by the end of the business day. Both Etan and the office staff that took my original call were friendly and professional, and the prompt resolution was very much appreciated in light of our stressful upcoming move.
Thank you so much Todd, for taking the time to share your experience! We are so glad we were able to help make a stressful situation a little easier, especially with your closing date right around the corner. We are thrilled to hear that Ethan was able to help you find the right toilet, get it delivered quickly, and complete the installation efficiently. We will be sure to share your kind words with Ethan and our office team—they will be happy to know their prompt and professional service made a difference. Congratulations on your upcoming move, and thank you for choosing Pride! We truly appreciate your business and your thoughtful review.

We had a 16 year old Hot water tank leaking from the top and bottom on a Friday. We called Pride Plumbing and they made an appointment for Saturday morning at 8:30am. Steve was the outstanding technician that arrived on time and removed the old tank with a new AOSmith heater in 2.5 hours. He was so professional and kind to explain our options. My husband was surprised how reasonable the replacement cost. We would highly recommend both Steve and Pride to do any plumbing issues . Jane and Tim

Thank you again for choosing Pride Plumbing and for recommending us. We truly appreciate your trust and support! — The Pride Plumbing Team
Today we had Nick replace a water heater as it failed yesterday. He was very professional but polite as well. He did his job thoroughly and was very impressed by his knowledge and work ethic. I would definitely recommend Pride Plumbing to family and friends. Thanks again Nick for your attention to detail and the work you did. I don’t see his picture on the website and think this should be taken care of ASAP as all members should get a chance for recognition.
