I contacted Primary Home Improvements after we had a cold winter and ice dams. The consultation by Bert was very thorough and informative. The original insulation was not at the required depth, piled up in places and the eaves were not vented correctly.
Spencer, Rick and Greg completed the work. When the team arrived they prepared all the areas to reduce the amount of dust. The old insulation removed, air-sealed can lights and other air leaks, and had new insulation installed.
The team was very courteous, easy to talk to, and efficient.
I am looking forward to a cold winter to feel the difference.
Thank you!

We’ve had a fantastic experience with the team at Primary Home Improvements! Spencer, Rick, and Greg have been wonderful to work with—professional, friendly, communicative, and genuinely respectful of our home. Rick called ahead to confirm their arrival and took extra care to determine the best approach for removing our old attic insulation. Spencer has done a great job explaining the process and keeping us informed throughout. The entire crew has been incredibly personable, with a great sense of humor, while taking care to protect our home and keep everything tidy. It’s clear they take pride in their work and in treating customers well. A great team all around!

Have not yet decided about moving forward with the insulation quote but am very impressed by the consultation that Jeff provided. He didn't come by to try to upsell unneeded services, instead asking questions about what I'm experiencing, discussing services that fit my needs, and thoroughly explaining different options. Trust is one of the most important factors for me selecting a company for services and he went above and beyond to earn mine.

My finished attic, aka my master bedroom, now fluctuates a total of 2 degrees all day. Before it was probably 15-20. Spencer and Greg absolutely killed it. Thanks guys, much appreciated!

We called PHI to get an estimate on air gap sealing. It turned out that we needed to replace the old insulation. At the original appointment the representative told us there were mice in the attic. When the pest control person came we found out it wasn't mice, but bats. PHI agreed to allow the pest control people to remove the old insulation, due to health concerns, and adjusted the contract accordingly. When PHI came back to install the new insulation it was done very quickly. We were very happy with the company.

I called on Primary Home Improvements souly because of the positive reviews I read about this company.
I wondered about the attic insulation in my 28year old condo. Bert Rodrigues came on on time with a call to tell me he was on his way.
Bert arrived smartly dressed I certainly didn't think he'd be crawling around in my attic but he did.
I expected a high pressure sales job and received exactly the oppisite.
Bert came down after about ten minutes and informed me he didn't even measure my attic because if I had anything added to what was already up there I'd be wasting my money and never recupe anything I'd spent.
What a wonderful breath of fresh air of such honesty!
I would recommend this company to family and anyone else.
