I felt the repair person was not informative or helpful. They said they would let me know the price of the repair or the price of a new washer. They did neither I had to call the company to ask four days after the machine was looked at for a response and got a text saying the machine was not repairable. The person that answers your phone is so extremely helpful and cherry, she is a total sweetheart. She was so helpful and wonderful she balanced out the repair person not communicating with me. So my experience was a wash, one person helpful another person not very communicative. I went elsewhere to purchase a new washer.
I didn’t call until after 2 pm, the scheduler got me in for the same day. Dennis arrived around 6:30 and my washing machine was up and running by 7:30. The necessary part was in the truck and the Service provider Dennis quickly changed out the part which required numerous steps. I am very pleased with the entire process and will definitely be a repeat customer if something is in need of repair here.
Kery arrived on time and did a very thorough assessment of our refrigerator. He was able to fix the water leak.
