We’ve been a client since they came knocking on our door here in the 79925 over 2 years ago, the last time the guy came out to spray he took exactly 4 minutes for the entire for the front/ exterior and inside, we know it was 4 minutes because we have Ring cameras. Previously before that another issue we had was they didn’t call or notify or keep the same time slot we agreed to, we’ve had them come when the want to either earlier / later and have had to turn them away since we were leaving or not home one time they tried telling us they had already sprayed the exterior when we weren’t home and would only do the inside however we advised them that we also have cameras and that was untrue… I believe integrity is now lacking heavily with the company the fact the cameras are in plain site you would think they’d care more overall from the employees perspective. They also rose the prices from our intial $35 (which we understand everything’s more expensive, but just did it and didn’t let us know) to now almost $50 every month for services that are taking less than 10 minutes when they come once every 3 months, we’ll probably just cancel and switch since we’d get at least a thorough spray with another company. The last guy didn’t spray well at all especially the back rock walls and we still have small spiders on the exterior walls. Each employee cares differently and the practice is not universal. I remember the employees are also incentivized to get reviews and initial the first two guys were great after that they just didn’t care, overall just going to a new company.

Please do not use their services at all, please. They will send you a representative that will outright lie to you about the contract, skip through all the writing and have you sign it. It’s a year long contract, and if you want to cancel it you have you notify them multiple times before 30 days, and make sure you keep any proof of this. I cancelled with these people and they kept trying to charge me for 5-6 months after my contract was over. Now I’m having to pay a lil over $400 for a service that I’m not even going to be receiving. And they sent it to a debt collector because they know they were wrong. I highly recommend finding another business. Or you’ll lose money.
