We recently worked with Michael to inspect a new construction home, and he did a phenomenal job. He spent significant time meticulously examining every small detail, leaving nothing overlooked. He gave us a very thorough, detailed report within just a couple of hours. We were thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and diligence, and we will absolutely be back for future inspections. Highly recommended.
Michael was extremely thorough, diligent, polite. He was recommended by a friend and I am glad we got his referral. I would like to work with Michael again.
Michael with Prime Property Inspections was great to work with. We asked Prime Property Inspections to perform a pre-listing inspection and they were thorough, professional, and wonderful to work with. They identified some issues that we were able to resolve prior to the property being listed. Great company, highly recommended.
Michael from Prime Property Inspections was professional, responsive and detailed. We are buying our first home, and he took the time and consideration to provide all the information clearly during this process for us. We were left with the confidence to proceed and report to know exactly what we need.
Thank you

Michael’s customer service and attention to detail is unsurpassed! He works tirelessly and diligently for EVERY client, doesn’t cut corners, explains issues to customers in simple terms. In addition, he delivers his reports faster than anyone I have worked with before. Highly recommend him.
Price assessment: Reasonable price
Services: Multi-unit inspections, Pre-listing inspections, New construction inspections
I highly recommend Prime Property Inspections and I have used their services on multiple pre-inspections. Recently, I needed an inspection done asap and Michael came out the next morning and did the full inspection and had the report back to me that day. His reports are clear and concise, and he is very thorough!
I will definitely be using this company in the future!
Highly recommend Prime Property Inspections. Michael was very professional and extremely thorough. He explained things about the house in simple terms and documented concerns precisely in his report. He did a pre-inspection for a house we did not end up buying and we also engaged him for an inspection on the house we ended up buying. We'll use his report to prioritize first year repairs and appreciate his attention to detail.
