Customers frequently cite professional crews, punctual arrivals, and fair pricing for gutter and roofing installations. Many reviewers note that staff handle scheduling and communication effectively, while crews clean up debris and address specific homeowner concerns during the job. However, a minority of negative reviews describe issues with missed appointments, high costs, and improper disposal of materials on neighboring properties.

Not sure about the quality of work yet, but everyone has been cordial and very professional. We had a bit of a hiccup in the initial communication regarding scheduling, but that was quickly resolved through a follow up call by their team. Work is set for this Friday and I have no doubt it will be a superior effort. Photos and final review to follow.

Don't know where to start. From a nightmare (60 mile an hour Golfball size Hail Storm Sept 11th that lasted 35 mins) which destroyed my yard, roof, gutters, car etc. To hiring the best Company I could have hired "Prime Seamless Gutters & Roofing". What an excellent choice. From day one to last day my roof and gutters were completed. I have never worked with such an outstanding Company which affected me so much. Robert was the most professional outstanding person I have ever delt with who was in charge of completing my every wish and making sure everything was done correctly. Jennifer (Office Mgr) scheduling crews and working with Robert to ensure everything when smoothly. Everyone was outstanding. The roofing crew so organized and making sure everything was cleaned up perfectly after completing the roof. The gutter crew same, extemely professional, neat and making sure everything was left perfectly clean. I would recommend Prime to anyone who wants a headache free job done for them. Robert, Jennifer, and all the crews are all to be highly commended. Thank you to all the staff and workers at Prime Seamless Gutters & Roofing, Albert

George and his crew John and and Cody did an outstanding job. My wife had mentioned she didn't like the way the down spout stuck out from the gutter. When we later went out to look at the work, George had seen the same issue and corrected it before we said anything! Thanks for the professionalism. Update: I just had a gutter repair and gutter guards added to my house by this company. The crew was professional and efficient on this project and I will continue using them in the future.
