After explaining briefly what I needed, he already knew who I was and told me that a coworker was already working on my request. He confirmed contact info and said they would be in touch. Again, less than a minute later, I get a text with the info I needed to restore my access. I really appreciate their speed, knowledge base, and also kindness. It can be frustrating to meet a Monday morning with a problem like that. But it is always appreciated when someone is kind and you really feel like they are happy to help. Thanks Adam and Thad!
