I didn't meet a single worker I didn't enjoy. Everybody I spoke to (at my specific location and through the customer service line) was extremely helpful, respectful, accommodating, and responsive. I know that other storage units can be manipulative and sneaky when it comes to their practices and rates, and that could not be further from the case with Prime Storage. Their rates are amazing given what they offer, and overall I definitely recommend!

I recently moved to North Carolina and was looking for an affordable storage unit in my area. I can across a Reddit thread recommending this location, and called for a quote. I spoke with Derrick, who was the manager on duty and he gave me a recommendation for a unit that would be more than enough to cover housing my property. I visited the other day to check out the unit in person and it was bigger than I expected and very clean on the inside. I immediately accepted the offer, and I haven’t been this satisfied with a storage unit company ever! If you’re looking for a proper storage unit that won’t take advantage of you, then I can’t recommend this place enough!

I wanted to give a shoutout to the manager Derrick’s excellent service when it came to picking out the perfect unit to store my possessions! Not only did he help me find the best unit for my items, but it’s conveniently on the bottom floor! I have a currently handicapped, so this made it easier for me to have access to my unit whenever I need! I highly recommend this location, and I am very appreciative of all of the help from their manager!

I started the process online then was called by someone from a call center who gave me conflicting information. It all felt a bit sketchy, but I pressed on, and once I talked to the local office (chapel hill NC) things were great. Friendly, clear and easy to navigate. Unit was clean, adequately climate controlled and the area felt safe.
