Price was good even after the introductory rate until there was a price hike after the 2nd month. Other than that everything was great

I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction regarding my experience as a boat storage tenant. Although my first six months were satisfactory, my rental rate has since fluctuated inconsistently and disadvantageously. Furthermore, a previously negotiated price reduction offered during my cancellation request was not honored in the following billing cycle. My requests for an itemized explanation of these adjustments remain unresolved, as the facility claims these details are only available through the corporate office, which I find unreasonable given the simple nature of my boat parking agreement. My experience is that when signing a lease the only way it can change is if the lease expires which a new lease should be produced which both parties should have to agree and sign. Hopefully this helps the next person looking to rent dron these folks. Ive rented several storage units and never had an experience like this.

If I could give this company a zero, I would. It’s the worst company to deal with. They increased my lease almost twice after less than two months. And here’s the kicker: they won’t refund you for unused days even though you have over half a month still paid for and 15 days’ notice when you terminate the lease. It’s a complete rip-off. Stay away from this company and find something else. I strongly don’t recommend dealing with them! Worst service and business I’ve had in a while.
