I needed a new regulator, shut off valve, and hose bib on the outside of my house. I found Primo’s info on a google search. I called Primo and Mike called me back immediately. Mike gave a bid over the phone, arrived an hour later and completed the job. Two bids came in while Mike was completing the work. Both higher. Mike did not charge one extra penny from what we agreed on. GREAT work! I will use Primo in the future!

Nice and professional. I had several things for Mike to look at, from an upstairs toilet that was leaking to changing some valves. For things he worked on prices were straightforward and upfront. He also let me know which items were better to wait on. Work completed looks well done. Primo Plumbing will be out plumber for any upcoming jobs.

Mike is great, he tells you exactly what the problem is and what he needs to do to fix it. His prices are fair and he is fast to respond. He’s replaced my sink faucets, my refrigerator waterline, pressure regulator, and he’s gone out of his way to check a leak on my washing machine. I highly recommend Mike to anyone who needs a plumber.

Great experience. We called him. He came over. Gave us options on our busted water heater, very knowledgeable. Smooth communication. Did a great professional job. Down to earth. Authentic. And he made great suggestions and not a salesy nor arrogant contractor. Great experience. He is worth the price. And he even got a person interested in his work for future job.

Mike at Primo Plumbing installed our water heater and pressure regulator and did quality work using quality parts. When we recently had an issue with the water heater, I reached out to him and he was responsive and came out the next day. He quickly figured out the issue, got our hot water back up and running, and showed me what to do if it happens again. I really appreciated him standing behind his work and getting us taken care of quickly. I’d recommend Primo Plumbing for water heater and plumbing work.
