My dad was involved in an accident where he was rear ended. So it wasnt his fault , but he had medical bills. Julie and Jim worked diligently for more than a year and half to come to a settlement with multiple insurances and medical providers taking charge in a difficult situation so that we didn't have to pay anything up front and remained out of collections.

I was ran over this summer, and Jim and his team hipped right on the case. They were actually concerned about me and stayed very involved the entire time. They got what we needed in timely manner as well.
I was literally talking to this lady and in the middle of the conversation she hung up on me. Fucxin rude. If you're looking for a lawyer don't pick these people they're extremely rude, the lady that answered the phone was for sure. I wouldn't recommend them at all. There are way better lawyers letter more compassionate. And will help you through your lawsuit to get more money. and not rip you off. Or take 2 years for a settlement.
James Nostdahl & Julie Lynner of Pringle & Herigstad worked on a personal injury case for us and I would HIGHLY recommend them! They were able to reach a settlement for us even after the loss of the criminal case (state’s attorney). Although, we never had the pleasure of meeting them in person, we spoke many times over the phone and they were both easy and great to work with. They always kept us updated on the case and were very open & honest about the different possible outcomes. I felt like they truly cared about our case/situation and fought to get us justice. Overall, I am incredibly happy we choose Pringle & Herigstad to represent us. They did a fantastic job.
