It only took a handful of sessions working with Tracy to get me moving towards a better life. I remember sharing with her that I always thought I would be volunteering and traveling more given my love of service and adventure. Tracy asked the million dollar question, “What keeps you from starting now?” My excuses faded away and I planned a life-changing volunteer trip with my daughter to teach in Tanzania soon thereafter. Construction work in Peru is up next! All it took was a compassionate person who knew how to help me connect the dots and find myself again. Thanks Tracy!

I met Tracy several years ago via a mutual friend who recommended we connect over our shared values. She was right, we hit it off right away, had a lot in common and felt comfortable with one another.
We have worked together in the past and recently, Tracy helped me overcome a situation where I only saw one outcome.
