5/5. I was recommend priority energy by a local HVAC company that did not do aerosealing and they said my home would benefit from it. I contacted Priority Energy and the entire experience was flawless from initial consultation to delivery and post installation follow up. The results are fantastic. we reduced leakage by 90% which now means my entire house is comfortable rather than having drastic differences in temperature. Installation team was fantastic and I highly recommend Priority Energy. If you're on the fence about aerosealing my recommendation would be do the consultation and move forward because you will not regret it.

03.19.26 - Update - my apologies to Priority Energy. I would like to apologize and I am updating my review to reflect a more accurate experience. As the owner mentioned below, Priority Energy did call me back on February 26th and again this Monday, March 17th. Jen has left me a voicemail both times to follow up. I recently purchased a new phone and my phone did not ring either time that Jen called. I discovered a setting on my phone that was turned on that was sending phone calls to voicemail. My apologies again to Priority Energy.
03.03.26 - I called to inquire about an Energy Audit and Blower Door test for my home in Norridge. I was referred by Nate at Comfort and Sound as well Cory at Attic Experts to the owner Rob. Both Nate and Cory had quoted me to Airseal and Blow in Insulation in my attic. I spoke to a lady who answered the phone and explained the situation that we had insulation blown in our attic in 2023/2024 as well as all new windows put in the home and that we were still having problems. She was very pleasant and asked several probing questions related to what exactly was going at our home. At end, she said she would discuss with the team and get back to me by the end of the week. That was February 9, 2026. Today is March 3, 2026 and there has been no follow up. Per my conversation with her, I asked when I could expect to hear back from her or someone from Priority Energy to which she responded by the end of that week....February 13, 2026. You would think if a customer is a referral from two reputable insulation contractors that Priority would do a better job of following up.

I'm sorry for your experience, as Jen mentioned when you spoke - we have been overwhelmed from the colder winter this year. With that said, Jen said she did return your call on February 26th 2026 (Jen had told you it would be around 2 weeks for a return call) and she left a voicemail to discuss the scope of your project, but we have not heard back from you from this call.

Worst company ever I recommend find different one they over charge and at the end they coming up with extra chargers.

We provided an estimate on 12/17, which detailed out every charge for the service and the total of what you would be charged, which never changed. The estimate was accepted and viewed 3 more times before we performed the work. Only after the work was performed did you inform us you you thought it was too much and didn’t want to pay. On top of that you refused to talk to our office staff, yelled and hung up on us when we called to discuss this. You paid exactly what was on your estimate.

They really did a stellar job. I got the comfort audit which was reasonably priced for the service I got. Jen was very accommodating and prompt when I initially connected. Dave performed the audit; he is an absolute expert in the building science. He found some major issues with air infiltration and gave me all the information and contacts I need to get them fixed. Also a very affable guy which made the audit a pleasure! Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Dave C did an assessment for us last month (in anticipation of duct sealing) and really went the full mile to educate us about the weak points (and the positives) of the AC system we have. He was friendly, straight-forward, and truly helpful. Very nice experience with Priority Energy.

I had Priority energy clean and then aeroseal my supply ducts; what a great experience! Great communication, great technicians, and great overall customer service! I noticed an IMMEDIATE benefit as soon as I turned my A/C on; I could tell the house was cooling quicker, maintaining temperature more easily, and was colled more evenly! I'd highly recommend Priority Energy, their duct cleaning, and aerosealing sevice!
