It was truly a pleasure to work with Shane Lassiter from Priority Roofing as we sought approval from our insurance company to replace our roof. He went the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied and our new roof is beautiful. Thanks again Shane and Priority Roofing. Madeline Heyer
Very professional, responsible, considerate and friendly. The job well done, an example of excellence! The post roof installation inspection passed. The inspector mentioned that flashings for the skylight and chimney were the best of the kind. Special thanks to Shak Dakhan
I was initially skeptical about doing business with Priority Roofing as well as any other roofing company. Usually its all about the money with little or no regards about the job being done well. I am pleased to say that Priority Roofing proved me to be wrong; including the representative Shak. He went over and…
This was the easiest experience that I’ve had with a roofing company. Anthony Allen inspected my roof, met with adjuster and next thing you know. My roof was approved by insurance to get replaced! My roof is complete. Anthony Allen was on site while the roof replacement was being done. He explained and guided me…
I can not say enough nice things about my experience with Priority Roofing and especially Mike Ahrend who helped me through this whole roofing replacement experience. When I say helped that is putting it mildly, he was literally there every step of the way. I felt like I had a friend helping me file my claim. He was…
We had a great experience with priority roofing. Anthony was our main contact and he dealt with insurance, following up with them and coming out for additional appointments and making sure we were happy with our service. He was easy to connect with, always responsive and roofing demo and replacement only took a day. We would definitely recommend!
Francesco did two incredible jobs for me. First, he spent 7 hours in the hot sun repairing my metal roof. I have a 2,000 sq ft home and many nails had come up from the roof. He made sure all nails were flat against the roof and then he sealed each nail. In addition, he cleaned out the leaves and debris collected…
Frank spent months working with us to get our roof replacement approved after the hail storm in early ‘25. Our insurer tried to deny/minimize it at first but Frank assured us it should have been approved. He took the lead to get it thru arbitration and got the full replacement covered. After months of delay, we…
Clarence helped us out with a roof claim back in 2023, even fought for us when our claim was denied the first time when the adjuster missed some further damage. I can’t say enough how happy we were with the work! His crew was fast and efficient. If we ever needed another roof replaced or repaired, I wouldn’t call…
Clint came out on a cold call and said we needed a new roof. So, I let him look. Anthony came out and told us they would take care of everything Sure enough , he met with the insurance folks, gutter and screen companies Could not have been easier Allen was here during the entire process. They did a…

Adam was great to work with, very professional, knowledgeable, and worked very well with the insurance companies in the area to take care of our neighborhood after a storm.
Working with Priority Roofing was not only enjoyable, but Adam Vondrak was very easy to work with. He was knowledgeable about their products, providing best choices for our need and reliable. The job started and finished when promised and they cleaned up completely. I have recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so.
My roof was 18 years old and my homeowners insurance was outrageous due to my roof’s age. I contacted Michael Nolan with Priority Roofing and he was able to work with my insurance company to get their approval for a new roof. Michael and his team were professional, worked quickly, cleaned all the debris and guided…
Earlier this year I had my roof, gutters, and attic vents replaced. Along with that, I also had my fence re-stained. I had the pleasure of working with Brandon Roberts and he was super helpful throughout the whole process. I actually initiated my hail damage claim through my insurance company mid 2024 and they…

Outstanding service!!! I had hail damage on my roof and it needed to be replaced. I had to go through the insurance company, but have never had any experience with this process before. Miles Craven was with me throughout the whole process, from talking to the insurance company, inspection, and project completion.…
Bradly’s and Bodi were amazing and went above and beyond for me. I had a roof leak and had other roofing companies come out and give me estimates that were ridiculously expensive. Bradly’s came out gave me a very reasonable estimate and the work was done within the week. They even stayed on top of the inspector so I…
Justin took great care of us when we got our new roof!!
We recently had to replace our hail damaged roof. After reviewing proposals we received, we chose to use Priority Roofing as their proposal was markedly lower than the former roofing company we have used twice before. As work progressed, we were informed (pictures) of less than professional workmanship previously…

I met Christi Rodriguez at a yard sale over the weekend and she offered a roof inspection. She set an appointment and was right on time. What I most appreciated was Christi’s honesty that my home roof was in good shape and didn’t need replacing! She even cut a dead branch while she was on the roof! I will…

Five stars for Priority Roofing and Jeanette Jones. They completed my roofing job quickly and professionally. Jeanette was able to coordinate everything and working with my insurance company while I was out of the country. My husband and I could not be happier with the work David Jones provided. The staff was great, they completed our roof quickly, and it looks absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend this company.
Brandon and Elizabeth were very helpful and thorough. I would definitely recommend them.
So let me tell you! I work for Soar Creative Studios and if you don’t know what that is it’s a wonderful place where you can host events such as Birthday parties, Graduation Parties, Work related get togethers anything you name it! Anyway we ended up getting a major leak caused by a storm and my boss says get it…
It was a pleasure to meet with Brandon and Elizabeth Robert's. They were very knowledgeable and had plenty of information to share about the process. I would highly recommend the Robert's for your roofing needs.
This company has been amazing! Even based out of Texas, the satellite office in OKC is awesome!! Eli Moore handled everything for me, he made the entire process easy and was HONEST, and was the entire reason I went with this company. I was worried since it was an out of state company, but at ever turn Eli exceeded…
David Jones was awesome and helped me through the whole process making it very easy for me.
Okay David Jones is the Man!! being that I'm highly ocd and do my research when it comes to unloading a large sum of money on any project, let's just say I've been through a few contractors/inspectors within the last few weeks. I was ready to just leave the roof as is since I found an issue with each person that…
Very please with the work, David was great. Super attentive to our needs went above and beyond to make the process simple and hassle free.
Brandon and Elizabeth were amazing! They came out and inspected everything and found the insurance adjuster didn’t account for a lot of things they should had during their inspection. They left half the roof off the claim. We wouldn’t have known this without a professional inspector that cares about their customers.…
