My experience was fantastic with Paul D. I would highly recommend them from the beginning to the end. They made the process so easy.
Really good communication & was a very easy process. Took the stress away from having to deal with my insurance.
Great performance company will recommend to anyone that’s looking to get there roof replaced 💪
Clay Odum at Priority Roofing was a great help in getting our roof replaced from recent hail and wind storm damage. Highly recommend!
Had a GREAT experience and thank you CHASE for handling this project. Thank you Sebastian and your crew, You guys are awesome. I was blown away from start to finish. I love my New Roof and appreciate the way you guys take care of business. And the clean up was beyond perfect. Thanks Guys
Anthony Allen was friendly, helpful and honest. He made an overwhelming process much easier on me, and I’m pleased with the results.
A friend referred me to Priority Roofing for roof damage. Sean McCarty and Leah Stevens not only assisted me in filing my insurance claim, but they were there from start to finish. Friendly and professional. Their roofing team was also friendly and professional and shocked me by finishing the same day. I love my new roof!
It was truly a pleasure to work with Shane Lassiter from Priority Roofing as we sought approval from our insurance company to replace our roof. He went the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied and our new roof is beautiful. Thanks again Shane and Priority Roofing. Madeline Heyer
Very professional, responsible, considerate and friendly. The job well done, an example of excellence! The post roof installation inspection passed. The inspector mentioned that flashings for the skylight and chimney were the best of the kind. Special thanks to Shak Dakhan
I was initially skeptical about doing business with Priority Roofing as well as any other roofing company. Usually its all about the money with little or no regards about the job being done well. I am pleased to say that Priority Roofing proved me to be wrong; including the representative Shak. He went over and…
We used Paul Denmam. He was wonderful and made everything easy for us. I would refer him and this company to anyone I know and will use again if needed.
This was the easiest experience that I’ve had with a roofing company. Anthony Allen inspected my roof, met with adjuster and next thing you know. My roof was approved by insurance to get replaced! My roof is complete. Anthony Allen was on site while the roof replacement was being done. He explained and guided me…
I can not say enough nice things about my experience with Priority Roofing and especially Mike Ahrend who helped me through this whole roofing replacement experience. When I say helped that is putting it mildly, he was literally there every step of the way. I felt like I had a friend helping me file my claim. He was…
We had a great experience with priority roofing. Anthony was our main contact and he dealt with insurance, following up with them and coming out for additional appointments and making sure we were happy with our service. He was easy to connect with, always responsive and roofing demo and replacement only took a day. We would definitely recommend!
Anthony Allen at Priority Roofing was incredible. He was professional informative and friendly. This was my wife and I’s first roof. Anthony came in, sat at our kitchen table and explained the whole process and he didn’t make us feel inferior for not Understanding the process. Not only that but everything he told us…
Having lived in Plano for 50+ years and 5 houses, I have found the perfect combination for a beautiful new roof- Priority Roofing along with Mike Ahrend, my Priority Roofing Contractor. This was "my first time" to actually begin the process of finding a quality roofing company and sort of scary too since there…
Francesco did two incredible jobs for me. First, he spent 7 hours in the hot sun repairing my metal roof. I have a 2,000 sq ft home and many nails had come up from the roof. He made sure all nails were flat against the roof and then he sealed each nail. In addition, he cleaned out the leaves and debris collected…
Frank is amazing to work with! He thoroughly explained the process in detail and helped me navigate the confusing insurance process. His expertise and guidance were top-notch. I will absolutely use him again!
Frank spent months working with us to get our roof replacement approved after the hail storm in early ‘25. Our insurer tried to deny/minimize it at first but Frank assured us it should have been approved. He took the lead to get it thru arbitration and got the full replacement covered. After months of delay, we…
Clarence helped us out with a roof claim back in 2023, even fought for us when our claim was denied the first time when the adjuster missed some further damage. I can’t say enough how happy we were with the work! His crew was fast and efficient. If we ever needed another roof replaced or repaired, I wouldn’t call…
