Needed to have a new roof done after the May 2024 storm. Called up our buddy Frank Vitale with Priority Roofing. I cannot say enough good things about them and the experience. They worked with us and our insurance (which can be stressful as everyone knows). They work on not just roofing if you need it. We got…

Trystan Bailey with Priority Roofing did an amazing job on my roof. I really appreciate all the hard work he put in working with me and the insurance. They made the whole process, smooth and easy and we’re very professional. I highly recommend.

This company has been amazing! Even based out of Texas, the satellite office in OKC is awesome!! Eli Moore handled everything for me, he made the entire process easy and was HONEST, and was the entire reason I went with this company. I was worried since it was an out of state company, but at ever turn Eli exceeded…

I recommend priority roofing completely. I worked with John and he was the best. Helped make sure we understood the whole process from start to finish and communicated with us consistently through the whole project. We did a full roof replace and he even walked us through attic ventilation and we were able to redo…

Through the years, I have had several roof installations. Jennifer, in Lindale TX, was exceptional. She described the needs in a way I could understand. I live out of state and was not present, but she kept me posted throughout the process, with pictures. She guided me through the insurance claim process. I could…

The first time the insurance company used a contract adjuster that looked at our roof and gave it a used but ok for use. Jordan…

Initially, everything started great, but there was a disagreement and the communication suffered a bit throughout the process. However, the work performed was excellent, efficient and the crew was very clean. My initial rating was lower, but I spoke with the Owner (Will) to express my concerns. He went above and…
