Priority Towing really screwed us over. We were told the tow truck would be there within the hour. After 55 minutes of waiting, the receptionist called and said the tow truck was not working, so we would have to use someone else. This was really inconvenient to an already stressful situation.
Jessica the dispatch young lady was superb. Quite posaibly the best service I ever got and the tow truck wasnt even part of it. 5 Stars just for Jessica and her professionalism and outstanding service. Can't recommend Priority Towing enough. 5 Stars for truck driver too and quick response and professional driving and towing of vehicle.
After getting a text messsge on the ETA 57-87 min and waiting the time estimated I call the office The women who answered said it would be another hour. One hour later called again and she said the driver hadn’t but would call when he was on his way. NO CALL Received another text after another hour wait he would arrive in 20 min. NO SHOW Tried to call the office and I was put on hold and she never came back. So 5 hours later I have canceled thru my cars emergency road side service plan.
Broke down at 4:00 a.m. in back roads, the middle of nowhere. These guys were out there and under 1 hour. Super professional, and went above and beyond to drop me off after bringing the car to my mechanic. Highly recommend them!
One of the drivers tailgated me for about 20 minutes when I was driving the speed limit through residential areas, proceeded to be aggressive, yelled obscenities at me, and used hand gestures to indicate a slur. Worst tow company I’ve ever dealt with. Gave me an ETA and upon calling to check on said ETA, the person on the phone stated it would be another HOUR from the time promised and hung up & said she was cancelling my tow due to someone in the background cussing. Finding any other tow company is your best bet, this company is unreliable.
Worst towing experience. Promised to come in 1 hour, we waited 2 hours in freezing temperatures nobody came. After we called multiple times received rude explanation that they are busy and they cancelled our tow. Worst towing company with bad attitude. Another company picked up our car in 25 min.

We had a dead battery and couldn’t get the car to start. For a family that relies on one car for both work and school drop-offs, to say we were stressed is an understatement. The communication from Priority Towing was top-notch, with timely updates on the arrival of the tow operator, Dennis. Dennis was kind, professional, friendly, and fast. Within minutes of his arrival, he diagnosed the issue, gave our car a jump, and stayed to make sure everything was running as expected. His smile and reassurance were truly appreciated. I’m very grateful for the amazing customer service and professionalism of Dennis and I would highly recommend Priority Towing and Recovery to anyone (tow/battery service). If I ever need help again, they will be the first call I make.
Great service from this company. The driver was on time and had great communication. We used their service in conjunction with Vehicles for Change. Priority picked up our vehicle and did great work. Preston was very nice and even double checked the vehicle to ensure we got all our personal belongings out.
