Had Pristine Cleaning for the first time yesterday. They did an awesome job. Everything clean and shining. Home smelled wonderful as well!
Life gets messy and busy at times. I was feeling completely and totally overwhelmed in life and needed a hand getting my house back in order and these folks did the job and they did it right. First, they came out and did a consult and listened to my concerns and discussed a plan for doing things. We also set expectations at that visit and what to prepare for. Then came the day of the clean, when they brought in a wonderful team of people to get the job done. I left my home for the day so they could clean without me hovering and yes, I trusted them by themselves in my home. After meeting them, I had no reservations about leaving my house in their care. When I returned home, the house was cleaned immaculately. Things that I hadnt touched in years looked brand new again. I also felt that they were reasonably priced for the service and care that I received. I will absolutely be using them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

I would never use this company again. I hired off of Facebook referrals, spoke to the owner Sandra who is very nice and we set up a cleaning. Many calls/texts later we had an appointment. I should have known it was going to be a problem when every time I called her to request the contract/pricing it was mass confusion, not recalling anything we discussed etc. Finally got a cleaning set - mind you I was charged $275 for a small 2 bedroom apartment and about 1/4 of what was promised was completed. I do not mind paying, but for a quality job. Not to mention the key was left unlocked in the lock box, dirty glove left on the sink. Before writing this review, I did call her to discuss my unhappiness with the lack of cleaning and she did send a crew out right away, which I really appreciated, however, they didn't do much better. They got rid of some of the cobwebs that were left from the first time, but not all, and they finally cleaned the fridge this time. No mopping was done or if so it was VERY dirty water, because immediately after leaving we spilled water and used a paper towel to clean up and it was black. While I appreciated her sending a new crew, I never heard back from her following up. At this point I am cutting my losses, and doing it myself. Lesson learned!

They came out in a little under 2 hours after I called! I needed an emergency clean and they got the job done! Definitely will be using again!

Pristine Cleaning Concepts is a professional and efficient housekeeping service that does not disappoint! The contract is straightforward and offers the customer different options based on need and budget. Outstanding communication both by personal calls and texting is efficient and appreciated. The team of ladies worked diligently to deep-clean all aspects of our home. By the time they finished, every surface was sparkling. Pristine cleaning has done an excellent job cleaning our house since they've began. They've been cleaning it once a month for about 6 months now and each time it is such a load off when they are done. Would recommend them to anyone needing cleaning services.
